Confirmed digital purchases
Once the price is agreed and the order confirmed, purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. The policy covers activated, partially used and unused periods, promotional packages, setup services and activations; it does not offer credits or exchanges for those periods.
Cancellation and technical issues
Stopping use does not create a refund or credit for the current period. Customer-side compatibility or internet issues do not qualify under the policy. These terms do not remove any refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requesting a legal review
Send the order details and reason to info@opplexiptv.com if you believe a refund is legally required. An approved legal refund returns to the original payment method within the applicable legal or provider timeframe. There are no physical returns for digitally delivered services.
